1. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we maintain real-time inventory updates, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item in your order is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and reach out to you to offer either:
- A refund for the unavailable item, or
- The option to wait until the item is back in stock.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order.
- Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000 within India.
- For domestic orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will apply.
- For overseas orders, shipping will be charged at the actual cost of shipping as determined by the courier service.
3. Order Cancellations & Returns
We currently do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
However, you may cancel your order any time before dispatch by contacting our customer support team. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
4. Delivery Information
4.1 Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic Orders)
Our domestic deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
4.2 Dispatch Timeline
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.
4.3 Change of Delivery Address
Need to change your delivery address? No problem! You can request a change any time before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
